Description
ESP32 CAM WiFi Bluetooth Module: Ultra-small 802.11b/g/n Wi-Fi BT/BLE SoC moduleLow-power dual-core 32-bit CPU for application processorsUp to 240MHz, up to 600 DMIPSBuilt-in 520 KB SRAM, external 4M PSRAMSupports interfaces such as UART/SPI/I2C/PWM/ADC/DACSupport OV2640 and OV7670 cameras with built-in flashSupport for images WiFI upload Support TF cardSupport multiple sleep modesEmbedded Lwip and FreeRTOSSupport STA/AP/STA AP working modeSupport Smart Config/AirKiss One-click distribution networkSupport for serial local upgrade and remote firmware upgrade (FOTA)Support secondary development There are three GND pins and two pins for power: either 3.3V or 5V. GPIO 1 and GPIO 3 are the serial pins. You need these pins to upload code to your board.Additionally, GPIO 0 also plays an important role, since it determines whether the ESP32 is in flashing mode or not. When GPIO 0 is connected to GND, the ESP32 is in flashing mode. The following pins are internally connected to the microSD card reader:GPIO 14: CLKGPIO 15: CMDGPIO 2: Data 0GPIO 4: Data 1 (also connected to the on-board LED)GPIO 12: Data 2GPIO 13: Data 3 Note: Please ensure that the module input power is at least 5V 2A, otherwise the image will unstable.ESP32 GPIO32 pin controls camera power. When the camera is working, please pull GPIO32 low.Since IO0 is connected to the camera XCLK, please leave IO0 floating when using it. Do not connect high and low level. The factory has the default firmware, no additional download is available. Please handle it carefully if you need to re-burn other firmware.

Features

The ESP32 CAM equips the ESP32 with everything necessary to program, run and develop on the wonderchip. Additionally, the board reserved the MPU6050,BME280 and an analog MIC.

ESP32-CAM can be widely used in various IoT applications. It is suitable for home smart devices, industrial wireless control, wireless monitoring, QR wireless identification, wireless positioning system signals and other IoT applications. It is an ideal solution for IoT applications.

ESP32 cam using low-power dual-core 32-bit CPU, can be used as an application processor, main frequency up to 240MHz, computing power up to 600 DMIPS, it can be used as a master mode to build an independent network controller, or as a slave to other host MCUs to add networking capabilities to existing devices.

Note Please make sure that the input power of the module is at least 5V 2A, otherwise the picture may have water lines; The ESP32 GPIO32 pin controls the camera power. When the camera is working, please pull GPIO32 low; Since IO0 is connected to the camera XCLK, please leave IO0 in the air when using it, and do not connect it to high or low level

With components like these, it’s basically a question of “does it work or does it not.” I’ve used these to make camera modules for the FlipperZero myself, and had no issues. All the modules work, and have continued to do so for long enough that I’m satisfied that these are good parts.
