I've been using this camera for about five months now, and am really happy with its ease of use and reliability. Admittedly it took a little practice to understand how it works (switching on/off can sometimes be a little slow) but now it's almost second nature.Once a week I go out to the camera, open it up and switch it off. I wait until I hear the "shutting down" dance music before I take out the SD card to transfer the videos to my computer. Once I've moved the files over, I take the card back out, plug it in, and gently turn the camera back on. As soon as I hear the "starting up" chimes, I close and latch the cover. That's it -- easy peasy.Video quality is pretty low, but I didn't expect a lot from the cheap end of the trail camera spectrum. The solar panel has been perfectly adequate for charging, so I've never had to put a single battery in the camera.We get deer, foxes, rabbits and other creatures in our area, so it's a joy to see what they get up to when there are no humans around. Someday we may get a second, higher-quality camera to try and get some higher-resolution images and videos. But for now, this one is a lot of fun.
