My ear was hurting really badly, and I had persistent ear infections for a long time. The doctors always gave me antibiotics, and never cleaned my ears. I decided to try this product....when I looked in my ear that hurt, I saw a big white mass and pus. Sorry if that's gross! But I pulled it all off with this tool. I believe it was swimmer's ear, which is a fungus. My ear drum looked cloudy (took photo). I checked in a couple days, and it was much clearer. My ear also doesn't hurt anymore!I was worried at first about the reviews that said the tip came off. I think you'd really have to move quickly and hard for that to happen. There's actually a lot of give on the tip, I think it would be very hard to notice it coming off unless you really weren't paying attentionI'm so glad I got this tool! No more pain!As somebody with pretty naturally waxy ears, I wanted to stop using Qtips and possibly compacting what was inside my ears. I had recently discovered Clinere ear cleaners plus their drops, and a hile those worked fine and felt better than Qtips, they’re still $4-$5 to only get 10 of them per box - and they’re one time use! I wanted to save the money and get an idea of what might actually be going on inside my ear. I also have vertigo and bad allergies, so making sure everything stays looking proper is important to me.After getting my Aifini ear wax remover and trying it out for myself, I couldn’t have been more pleased. It doesn’t feel cheap in the build, which was important for me after realizing how many brands are out there making these things. I wanted a tip that screws on (this one does, but the light blue silicone piece slides off and on so you can pick the right size for your ear).The cap is so tight on it that it makes an audible (and satisfying) pop when you take it off - this is also important for me because once I clean my tips and make sure the camera is clean, I want it to STAY that way considering it’s something I’ll be putting back in my ears.The camera quality is excellent - it creates its own little WiFi network to help reduce latency - and overall has got to be one of the easiest devices to use. Takes a little getting used to as far as the “inversion” goes, but if you take it slow, you’ll have it down in no time.The base is the last outstanding thing to touch on - it holds each of the pieces separate and upright, and two of them also have the screw on piece. So if something happens and one goes missing, you have backups!The final touch for me has been getting the metal pieces as well to go along with the set - they come with the wax remover and have been a wonderful addition, but truth be told I only use one or two of them because the camera pick does such a phenomenal job in and of itself, I really don’t have to use another tool besides to help with my actual outer ear where it wouldn’t make sense to use the camera! I also don’t have as much of a need for the acne setting, but options are good! Probably one of the best, most frequently used Amazon purchases I have ever made!This product is fabulous! Picture is so clear, having the light is amazing. Best thing I’ve bought in a long time. We use it all the time! Highly satisfied!!!!When I would clean my ears my one ear felt like there was something inside of it rubbing the sides, and awful feeling. So I bought this product to see what it was and if I could get it out. Turns out it was a stray hair and the camera on here let me find it and I used an attachment to get the hair our! Would highly recommend this to anyone needing an ear cleaner. Plus the camera is awesome! App is easy to use! Product itself easy to use!Had a hair stuck in my ear and this saved a trip to the Dr. Excellent camera quality and set-up. Battery is a little shorter than expected ~ 30m but charges quickly.Highly recommend specially if you have kids. Very easy to use excellent picture of the little tools that come with it are fantastic. It’s perfect for the kids that say that I have some thing in my ear and you can show them as you look through. Also great for small spacesAs a doctor you get used to the conventional otoscopic examination devices, but when you find devices like this one you see the need to switch to digital examination. Picture quality is not great but for reassurance of your diagnostic or even sharing case pictures with colleagues its great in comparison to specialized and more expensive devices , I wouldn't recommend this product if you are not experienced because mishandling could lead to severe tympanic membrane damage but for imaging purposes and for the price it does an awesome jobWorks great but dangerous to use if you don’t have a steady hand. Make sure you use the settings for each ear and be as gentle as possible
