Without a doubt, this is the game changer in the collection of ip security cameras that Anpviz sells. I strongly recommend that everyone that own and use a security camera system to have at least 1 Anpviz full night vision color 5MP IP PoE Security Bullet Camera in their mix of cameras. (Night-time picture is at extreme right)This 5mp full night color bullet ip camera is well-built and structurally sound, with a sturdy metal outer casing, and has a strong and versatile metal bracket that can be adjusted to allow for wall or ceiling installation. I however installed my camera on the wall and it works fine for me, especially given that I save on installation expenses due to the fact that I do not need to purchase any wall bracket. The camera has a rugged built and seem to be ready to perform in any extreme weather condition.The picture quality of this 5mp full night color ip camera is excellent in daylight but the daytime picture quality plays second base to the night-time picture quality, which is amazingly clear and in full color. You will definitely fall in love with this camera at first sight and will keep loving its versatility, given the amazing night-time picture quality. It automatically adjust to color viewing in the dark. There are 2 lights at front of the camera but they are not overbearing (extremely tolerable).Amazon delivered the camera within reasonable time after order, and it took me less than 20 mins to unbox, install, connect and activate the camera..... very easy and straight forward process, anyone can self-install this camera.This camera is suitable for use in dark areas that has little or no light (outdoors or indoors). I use mine in the outdoor backyard area of my yard that is without electrical lighting and extremely dark at nigh time, and the camera works great, giving me a sort of daylight picture quality. I strongly recommend this camera and will definitely purchase again.I needed to find a driveway cam with a good quality image and was recommended this camera by a friend. I am really impressed with the quality of the picture and how easy everything was to install both physically but as well as and addition to by Blue Iris system. The starlight part was not really needed for this install as there is already a night activated security light right next to the camera but again excellent quality picture both day and night.I ordered this camera to add to my system. I have several other cameras from them that all work well and are reliable. It provides a very sharp image both day and night. Easy to set up and configure on the built in admin page. Unfortunately, I damaged the network connector permanently mounting the camera and I have been really impressed with how eager Anpviz is to make me happy. I'd definitely recommend buying from them.I have a 5mp anpviz dome camera that I'm very happy with. I splurged on two of these 8mp "Starlight" dome cameras (why are people's bullet camera reviews showing here???). The were 140 USD each and the main reason I spent the extra money so I wouldn't have to have yard lighting to still get good color night vision. I only needed this for two critical locations.Well, I installed them 2 weeks ago on my brand new construction, drilling holes in new soffits and a $28k siding job. I was excited to see the starlight images the first night. The images were all black and white. I spent some time adjusting settings, and lo and behold I got some gorgeous color images... Then I looked out my window and saw that it had white leds lit up... Kind of defeats the purpose. I was able to get the leds to shut off, but the camera in the north end of my house doesn't gather enough light to see anything at night, even with clear skies and some moonlight. The other one is about 120 yards from a yard light, and does work a bit better, but still barely any range. Almost useless. So I decided that since I've already committed to the mounting locations and drilled holes in my new construction I'd just switch them to ir at night. There are settings for that in the UI, but any which way you set it up, it turns the white leds back on... I've come to the conclusion that it doesn't actually have ir leds--possibly mine have a manufacturing defect.I've got cameras that cost 1/3rd as much and are an order of magnitude more usable. I'd also point out that I'm not a novice. I have 12 ip cameras running flawlessly on blue iris. These are crap. I'm nearly certain that the positive reviews are shills. The fact that they are reviewing a different camera and carrying on about how good the night vision is is totally sus.These are going back if Amazon will take them. I won't buy more of the anpviz cameras.The product meet my expectations.Works great changes the game for night vision. Now you can provide more information about recorded imagesI gave this product a total of three days of my time, absolutely not impressed, from the picture quality to the night vision. This cannot possibly be 4K, refund ASAP.
