At first I really liked using this, as it was an entirely new world being able to clean my own ears. I had frequent issues with the tips falling out/off the scope while having it inside of my ear, which should NOT happen to anyone!I continued giving it a try, and now, the entire scope is broken. You can hear a spring or some small broken piece moving around within the first inch of the scope tip. Now when I put my fingertip against the end of the scope, it is pushing in and out almost a whole half inch, which is extremely dangerous considering it goes in the ear!I am a mystery shopper, and unfortunately, this gets a 2/10 review for my submission.I am hoping the company sees this, and offers me a replacement. There was no option to purchase a warranty when I bought this brand new, and there are NO options for me to get help on a falling apart product.Note: I have NOT dropped, tapped, slammed, this device in ANY way. I recorded myself preparing, cleaning, and using this, as required by the company I did the mystery shop for, and not once was I ever hard on the device. If this company is willing to replace the scope that fell apart pretty quickly, I would say this is worth the money as the customer service would be exceptional. However, I can't even speak to anyone about my broken, worthless piece of junk! Thanks for reading!I have gone to the doctors for my checkup and always here "Your ears look good except for some ear wax". So I bought one of these ear wax cameras when they first came out to try(another vendor but same item). It works well. It is a nice kit with accessories. I charged it and tested it. It takes a little getting use to but works well with their app. It connects easily to your device. Once you figure out the right angle you can scoop the ear wax out of your ear. I did get a fair amount out of my ear. It got rid of the popping noise in my ear from excess wax. It comes with different attachments to get at the stuff. The tips snap on and you can rotate the tips to get the right view angle needed. It also has a ultraviolet light that comes on when your finished to kill germs(it is one of the small leds that come on when you put the cap back on the camera pen). Go slow at first and I would recommend purchasing one. This one will be a gift since I was happy with mine.Works great and easy to useThis seems to work well, however the instructions are in Chinese. You get lots of different attachments, however not sure what some are for or how to use them. It does take a while to get used to using this as you seem to have to move in the opposite direction of what you would expect. Once you get used to using it though it gets easier and easier. I would probably give 5 stars if there were instructions available in English and knew what and how to use some of the attachments. If I had known this I would likely look for a different brand that told you how to use it.This is second ‘Bebird’ branded digital otoscope that I’ve purchased, this was to be an upgrade to older version. The ‘upgraded’ version arrive broken and was sent back.Save your money and buy a cheaper brand. The $10 one workers better than the ones that are higher priced.Picture is clear and generally bright enough, but it would a little easier to use if it were thinner.I am beyond impressed on the quality and how easy it is to use this product. I bought this because my ears have been bothering me since I have found that the only thing that helps me sleep are earplugs. I feel such a relief after cleaning my ears. I got really in there with no pain and it all took about 2 minutes to set up.Love this camera I'm able to see wax that i can't see with my traditional otoscope. The scoop attachments pop off in the ear so be careful.
