Battery doesn't keep a charge other then that it works fineThe set up and installation were easy. The quality of the images is great. The only negative I have is the battery life. I have two of these and one of them I have already had to charge 2 times. It makes it inconvenient to have to take it down once a week to charge it.Pros:*At least if I get murdered or a package stolen or something there will be evidence*Intercom option, so I can tell people at the door a thing or two*Works pretty well 96% off the time*Using an SD card will eliminate the need to pay for cloud storage*Can turn motion detection off on days you don’t think you’re gonna get murdered or a package stolenCons:*Customer service on the app for this camera is nonexistent. You can write to them, but they will not write back. It’s been more than a month. No answer. I suggest not buying their cloud storage. Get the SD card.*There were two occasions thatI can remember when the motion detection didn’t work. Most of the time it does though*I wish there was a way to customize the motion detection to where it does its thing when someone is actually close to the door. There is a guy that walks laps multiple times a day around the apartment complex. Every five minutes I get a notification for like an hour or two; multiple times of the day.*Doorbell eats through the batteries rather quicklyDO NOT BUY CHIME DOESN’T WIRK UNLESS IT’s CONNECTED TO THE CHARGERWas looking for a video doorbell that didn't require extra add-ons like Blink and Ring.Easy to install, but I wish there was a security screw at the top as well. With only one security screw at the bottom, the top wants to wiggle forward, and it continuously sets off the anti-theft alarm. I used the double sided sticky stuff to prevent it from wiggling forward, but then the button on the back for the alarm isn't depressed all the way, so it constantly goes off. So I just turned off that feature.It also seems like it takes it a few weeks to start learning what movement is a car and what movement is a person or animal. When I first got it, even on the lowest sensitivity level, it picked up every car that drive by. At one point it would pick up cars, but not people walking on the sidewalk. For a couple weeks now it's like it's "learned" what it needs to pick up and what it doesn't.Even with these few minor inconveniences, I love it! Live view any time, motion recording, recording when the doorbell is pressed, recording of live view, screen shots. It has it all!I just ordered another one for my side door, so you know it must be good!Everything is easy to operate, install and connect to App & Internet. Great Picture, motion detector, and night vision n Great price for Quality. The only thing I forgot when buying it is that the Camera does not move to follow objects. Straight forward sight, but it works wonderful.The camera, doorbell, and intercom system works great, especially since more than one person in the household can interact with the device. The tamper alarm is easily tripped, though, because the device doesn't sit snugly enough in the casing; this might be helped if you find, buy, and use something called an angle bracket, which is not included and not specifically identified so that you can acquire it. The motion detector is also extremely sensitive, even on the least sensitive setting. That might be fine, if the tamper guard weren't so sensitive, but I ended up turning both the tamper guard and the motion detector off because they were driving me nuts! The video doorbell function works wonderfully, though, especially considering its affordability.Has a great pic but no matter how low I set the motion detector it will not last more then 17 hours and I charge it for 24 hoursSo not worth the money I would send it back if I couldThe Video Doorbell was easy to install/setup.Works well with the CloudEdge app.Records directly to SD car which saves moneyCan't really comment on battery life, it is at 90% after a week of use with not too many notificationsHappy with the purchaseordered 2 of these, nut only tried one. they are a little cheap my entry way and wifi router are not close to each other which didn't help.As I moved away from the router the video quality for worse, bringing it outside it was totally useless.it seems very high maintenance for what it was. the ring tone options were not great. I don't think I could stand hearing them on a regular basis without going crazyGood doorbell camera for the price but it is lacking 32 GB micro sd card. They provided in product details that it comes with Micro Sd card but I did not get. I wrote seller but no response yet. Bad customer service experience. !Small quality system. Perfect for my tiny corner hallway entrance. Love all the features. It’s very easy to use and install.Bettery doesn’t stay for month. After 20 days needs to recharge it.
